Does HoopGun work for basketball players specifically?
No, but HoopGun is designed for the muscle groups most used in basketball — quads, calves, hamstrings, glutes, hips, lower back, and shoulders. You can use it in all sports.
Is it safe to use before a game?
Yes. Using HoopGun for 30–60 seconds per muscle boosts mobility and helps you feel more explosive without causing fatigue.
Can I use it after training when I’m sore?
Absolutely. It reduces muscle tension and soreness and helps your legs recover faster after intense sessions or back-to-back games.
Does the massage gun hurt to use?
No. You control the pressure. Start gently and adjust intensity based on comfort.
How long should each session last?
Most athletes use it for 30–90 seconds per muscle group. Short sessions are enough to feel the benefits.
Is HoopGun noisy?

Shipping to Switzerland – FAQ
Do you ship to Switzerland?
Yes, we ship to Switzerland through our international logistics partners. All orders are dispatched quickly from our warehouses.
What are the delivery times for Switzerland?
Delivery to Switzerland usually takes 6–12 business days. This may vary slightly depending on the period and carrier workload.
Are there customs duties or import fees?
Since Switzerland is not part of the EU, Swiss customs may apply: customs duties, local VAT, and/or administrative handling fees. These potential costs are not charged by HoopGun and remain the customer’s responsibility.
Why do I have to pay Swiss VAT on delivery?
We are based outside Switzerland and do not collect Swiss VAT at checkout. For some orders, Swiss customs may therefore request VAT and fees directly from the customer when the parcel enters the country.
How can I track my order to Switzerland?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow the parcel in real time with the carrier.
My parcel is held at customs, what should I do?
This can happen when customs perform additional checks or wait for duties to be paid. In most cases the parcel is released automatically after processing. You can also contact the carrier with your tracking number for more information.
Can I return a product from Switzerland?
Yes, returns from Switzerland are possible. However, return shipping costs back to our logistics center are the customer’s responsibility. Please contact us at contact@hoopgun.com so we can guide you through the process.
Why are prices shown in CHF?
To make your shopping experience clearer, prices are automatically converted into Swiss francs (CHF) based on the current exchange rate. You are charged in your local currency by your bank or card provider.
Does the HoopGun guarantee apply to Swiss customers?
Absolutely. Your purchase is covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee and our regular product warranty. Our support team is available to help you with any issue regarding your order or your device.
What does DDU / DAP mean for Switzerland?
We ship to Switzerland on a DDU/DAP basis (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means that import duties, Swiss VAT, and any customs handling fees are not included in the price at checkout and may be requested by customs or the carrier before delivery.
